Return and Refund Policy

Non-Delivery of Services: If IT-FACULTY.COM fails to deliver the service within the specified time frame due to unforeseen circumstances, a partial or full refund may be issued.
Technical Issues: If technical issues on IT-FACULTY.COM’s end prevent service completion, and these issues cannot be resolved within a reasonable time, a refund may be provided.
Incorrect Billing: If a client has been incorrectly billed, IT-FACULTY.COM will promptly correct the charge and issue a refund for any overpayment.

Note: For service delays due to client-side issues (e.g., lack of communication, delayed responses), refunds are not typically issued.

2. Refund Policy for Training and Courses

Refunds for courses and training sessions are granted under specific conditions:

Cancellation by IT-FACULTY.COM: If IT-FACULTY.COM cancels a training session or course, a full refund will be issued.
Cancellation by Client:
- Within 24 Hours: Clients may cancel up to 24 hours before the session begins to receive a full refund.
- After 24 Hours: If canceled less than 24 hours before the session, a partial refund of 50% will be issued.
- After Session Start: No refund will be issued once the session has begun.

Please note that refund eligibility is subject to attendance and participation criteria set by IT-FACULTY.COM.

3. Refund Process

Service or course name
Purchase date and proof of payment
Reason for requesting a refund

Our team will review your request and respond within 5–7 business days. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

4. Non-Refundable Services and Conditions

Certain services are non-refundable:

Completed Services: Refunds are not issued once a service has been fully delivered and approved by the client.
Consultation Fees: Fees for consultations or initial assessments are non-refundable.
Customized Solutions: For custom projects specifically tailored to the client’s needs, refunds are typically not available unless agreed upon in advance.

5. Product Return Policy

In the event IT-FACULTY.COM offers physical products, returns are accepted under these conditions:

Defective or Damaged Products: Products received in a defective or damaged state may be returned within 14 days of receipt.
Return Process: Email info@it-faculty.com with a description and photos of the issue to initiate a return. Returned items must be in their original packaging.
